4, Delivery time:
Rush order: within 20 days or earlier, please choose rush shipping when ordering.
Normal time: Within 30 days (From May to Dec) 
Around 35 days (From Jan to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.

5, Shipping: by UPS or DHL or some special airline.

7, Return Policy: 

Please inform us within 2 days after you received the dress, and for custom dress(or plus size above US14), we can't accept returning, because it's useless to us too even you return it back.

8, Custom taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.
